Robin Pike

Joseph Dryer

Prior to establishing Lyford Capital in 2006, Robin began his career founding a  financial publishing company and after selling the business, he joined Citigroup to run their small cap equity research division.

 

Robin went on to work in the hedge fund sector, running a fund of funds portfolio and marketing single manager funds. He went on to work at Partner Capital, advising their quant fund and corporate finance activities in emerging markets.

 

Robin has worked extensively in the private equity sector in Africa. He is a keen skier, chess and golf player. He has three sons.

Joe worked at RiverRock Securities, where he headed up the Advisory & Capital Markets business. Previous to that he was CEO of Heritage Capital, the investment banking arm of Banque Heritage, Geneva which he founded in 2007. 

 

Prior to founding Heritage Capital, Joe worked at Dresdner Kleinwort where he held a number of senior positions including Global Co Head of Corporate Finance and Origination. Before joining Dresdner Kleinwort, Joe worked at BNP Paribas as Global Head of Bond Syndicate and Global Head of DCM. He joined Paribas from Hambros Bank where he was Director responsible for DCM for North America and Japan.

 

Committed to African community and wildlife charities, Joe is Chairman of Lewa Wildlife Conservancy in UK & Europe and was previously Founding Board Member and Treasurer of Pepo La Tumaini Senior School Kenya.

Joe is a graduate of Georgetown University School of Foreign Service.
